I Bought Myself a Present. Sort of. Okay, Not Really

Who am I fooling?  We all know it is for the dogs.


I am going to attempt some dehydrated dog treats!  I have some beef lung thawing overnight, as that seems to be a popular meat to dehydrate for dogs.  This is not a super fancy/expensive dehydrator, but I am hopeful that it gets the job done.
 
Perhaps I may be able to use it for myself, to dry fruit in.  We shall see...

    We know a few peeps who have them and make great dog jerky. Now to get Mom to buy one for us.

    Try it on beef. We love beef jerky... it's called Ma Pa in Fookien.
