While kissing Neeko's head this morning, I realized that is smelled faintly of pee. Nasty! I speculate that she stuck her nose/head in the line of fire while one of the boys was peeing. Thank goodness for puppy wipes!

Lately I've noticed something quite cute. If I'm doling out treats and Neeko is outside, Bruce will quickly run out through the dog door, and reappear seconds later, with Neeko hot on his tail. It's almost as if he is running out there to tell her to come inside, the human has good stuff.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting up with a couple of friends of mine, at one of their homes. One lives 1.5 hours away, and made the trip to come see us, bringing her mid content wolfdog, Makah, with her. He is an exceptionally sweet, beautiful boy.

Makah really wanted my coffee.

Faolan is blowing coat. In January. It's the craziest thing, as the temps here are regularly below 0° F at night.

Sleepy boy.

  1. We've had that problem with our male dog getting pee on our other dog's head :) You are not alone!

I love that Bruce goes to get Neeko when there's good stuff being handed out!

  2. OMD, Neeko, watch those ManDogs!! They just don't care who they pee on!! BOL
That is sooooo sweet of Bruce...awwwwe, you're such a good brudder!!!
Cool doggie your friend has! Ma's brother used to date a girl who had four hybrid WolfDogs, they were very sweet, butts she always reminded us that they are not domestic house doggies. Butts still very amazin' doggies!

  5. Too funny...Jack pees on top of Maggie's head all the time.

  6. Wow, Makah is stunning. I think Beamer is blowing his coat too. He was scratching his neck and huge tufts of fur were coming off of him. It was embarrassing because we were at the bank!

Thanks for the howls!!
