March 2015 BarkBox Review

We received our March BarkBox this week!  Reviews of current and/or previous BarkBoxes can be read HERE.  This month's theme is Island Paradise, and most of the items have a tropical/island vibe to them.

The Goods

BarkMade Message in a Bottle.  Approximate retail value $13.00.  This toy is a cute, clever idea.  It just feels pretty flimsy.  It works well with the theme, obviously.  I am dying to know if there is something printed on the script within the squeaky bottle.  If I let Neeko spend about two minutes with this, I will surely find out.

Grandma Bowser's Mai Tai Mango Passion Treats.  Approximate retail value  $6.00.  Grain, soy and yeast-free biscuit type treats.  Bruce in particular loves crunchy treats, and I am sure he will appreciate these, which are made with real fruit.

SafeMade Pineapple Toy.  Approximate retail value $10.00.  It's cute, but quite flimsy.  This will be gifted or donated.

Yeti Corp Golden Nuggets.  Approximate retail value $8.00.  Easily my favorite item in this month's box.  Pieces of Himalayan Dog Chews which one microwaves to puff them up.  I have already offered some of these to my crew, and they were a huge hit.  They had a tasty cheese smell after being microwaved.

Etta Says Crunchy Buffalo Chew. Approximate retail value $3.00.  We have tried many products from this company in the past, and they are always a huge success.  This is the first time we have received bison/buffalo from them, but I know it will be very well liked.

I am not terribly impressed with this month's BarkBox, which is unusual.  I am sure next month's will be it's usual great self.  Both toys seem flimsy, but the treats received are all of good quality.

I am a BarkBox subscriber.  I am neither asked nor encouraged to do these reviews.
