Stella's Super Beef Meal Mixers from Chewy

I don't know why, but I cannot stop cracking up about getting a product made by Stella & Chewy's sent to me by the lovely folks at Chewy.com.  It's just cute sounding.

Anyways, those who know me know that I am big fan of all forms of raw in a dog's diet.  I like to say "some raw is better than no raw" and Stella & Chewy's believe "a little raw goes a long way!"  They offer frozen raw, freeze-dried raw, and their convenient Meal Mixers. 

Chewy offers these in beef, chicken, turkey, and salmon & cod varieties.  They are freeze-dried raw nuggets, meant to be added over a dog's normal food.  As the packaging states "A little raw goes a long way!"

Their small size and palatability make them perfect treats for my crew!  The ingredients are stella-r (see what I did there?) with the first five ingredients being Beef, Beef Liver, Beef Kidney, Beef Heart, Beef Tripe, and Beef Bone.  All things I have/would feed my dogs.

My gang loved them!  Items like these, that my dogs are willing to work hard for, are much appreciated.  Once Faolan finally stopped obsessing over the neighbor's tractor, he enjoyed some as well this particular day.

As mentioned, these are intended to be added over a dog's regular food.  I did that as well. 

They are pictured here over some ground goat tripe.  Tripe is one of Neeko's all time favorite foods, and she actually picked out the meal mixers to eat first!  That speaks volumes!

I am very happy with these.  My crew loves them, and I love that there are convenient options available for other dog owners to offer their pets the goodness of raw!
